Nelly Maina is a lawyer with a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of Nairobi. She is currently pursuing her Advocate's Training Program at the Kenya School of Law. Nelly is a researcher and writer. Her interests in law lie in corporate/commercial law including but not limited to tax law, intellectual property rights, data privacy and mental health advocacy.
