Employment and labour law

A & S provides legal advice on employment and labour laws to corporate clients as well as individuals. More specifically, we have advised on employment contracts, labour relations, trade unions, recruitment, termination, redundancy, unfair dismissals, pension and retirement benefits, insurance, health and safety, non-disclosure and non-compete agreements, as well as claims and benefits. We also have experience in handling class action suits, whether prosecuting or defending, and have made a considerable contribution to the ever changing face of labour disputes before the Employment and Labour Relations Court.
