Beverly Mabango is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Commissioner for Oaths and a Certified Professional Mediator (MTI). She successfully undertook her pupillage at the Firm and was subsequently retained as an Associate in the Dispute Resolution department.  

She has extensive experience representing Clients in the Small Claims Court, Magistrates’ Courts, High Court, Employment and Labour Relations Court, Environment and Land Court, Court of Appeal and statutory tribunals. Her primary areas of practice include Civil and Commercial Litigation, Debt Recovery, Employment Law, Environment and Land matters Probate and Administration, insurance and Insolvency. 

Some of the notable representations include representing a top tier security firm in employment disputes and offering employment advisory, prosecuting a claim against a notable media company in Kenya on behalf of a radio presenter, part of the team that handled an Appeal arising from a Ruling made in the Gubernatorial Election petition in Makueni, successfully representing  Mayfair Insurance Company Limited in various insurance claims against their insured and advising and representing a water utility company in various environment and land disputes over air pollution and disposal of waste into the waters of Athi River.
